MLB stepped into it w/o checking every other states w/ teams voting laws w/ a fine tooth

comb. Of the other 15 states plus DC in MLB, I seriously doubt that any of them don't have at least a few items that quote "suppress" more than the voting laws in Georgia.
I guarantee you MLB will not be able to find a said state.
BTW, this is the result of the woke mob. This is on you that caused this Stacy Abrams & the 2 senators Warnock & Ossoff. All 3 are crawfishing big time now for taking business(es) away from their home state. And you too facking Biden, what President publicly supports & asks to boycott one of our states.

The crazy thing about all of this? All of this posturing is to convince the simpletons who didn't actually read the bill that it suppresses voters. It took away signature verification and gave no excuse Absentee voting. It extends early voting and COVID era dropboxes. The whole no food and water thing is ridiculous. It says poll workers can't give free food and water to voters within 150 ft of the polling stations. They can still set up 'self serve' stations where voters may get these items. But, who the frick needs to be fed and watered at the polls? At most, people are there for 2 hours. If they are incapable of bringing a drink and a bag of goldfish with them, maybe they're not competent enough to be voting.

This will backfire on the MLB "big league" more so than such a move by the MBA would given my perception of their respective fanbases.

MLB was the one league that could not afford to lose fans over woke. I would guess that 70% of their fans lean right. This will hurt big time for baseball.

Nobody at the MLB will care about losing the rednecks of South. It’s the reason there are only a few clubs in the South.

There isn’t any “voter suppression “ going on in Georgia. It’s okay to give people water and food while in line .... as long as you’re not a campaign affiliate. Georgia allows “no excuse” absentee ballots , mail In ballots, and extended early voting period.
The more prone one is to procrastination .... the longer it takes to actually vote. Voters that aren’t prepared cause longer lines for everyone .... at least, that’s what I see in Fulton County

I really don’t care. The ATL and MLB deserve everything they get out of this. If college sports and pro sports disappear tomorrow, I will not miss it. That is where this is headed.

Yep, I was a sports die hard just a few years ago. Saint, LSU, Braves, and Pelicans. Could not give a crap about all of the above now. Hiking, fishing, running, and family have taken their place. I'm better off.

I was watching ESPN last night for sports highlights and of course here comes the political stuff...NCAAW tourney shite, women and WOC all over the place...they showed the UCONN Women’s Coach, old white dude, and I’m thinking bro they hate your arse!
