Oh no, we can’t hold up legislation we support as leverage anymore and Slate says Republicans got played.

the SCOTUS picks......McConnell had nothing to do with it

Obama offered a perfectly good Supreme Court nominee his last year in office, in Merrick Garland. McConnell tabled that and would not allow a perfectly good jurist to have a hearing before the Senate. So yea, McConnell has everything to do with the radical right leaning makeup of today's court.

McConnell is waaay too old, in both yearage and in political philosophy, and he needs to geaux.

The thought of having Garland on the SCOTUS is a terrifying thought. He has proven himself to be a partisan hack and is weilding the DOJ as a political weapon.

You should thank McConnell for killing Garland's nomination.....

If by resign you mean hang for treason, then I’m inclined to agree with you.

I don't want Beshear appointing a senator. No thanks. Besides I look forward to the next primary and voting his arse out.

There is no chance the conservatives would have the reign they do now on SCOTUS if it was not for him. I'm surprised people don't see that he has done a lot of good things (if you think they are good things) his predecessors probably would not have done.
This is spot on. His stiff arm of Obama and Garland was masterfully ballsy.

Garland is a spineless hack who has no business as AG, much less a SC justice

McConnell has already said he isn't running again. Pretty much everything Trump accomplished was because of Mitch. You retards shite all over him because he didn't suck Trump's dick.

He is the reason you have a conservative majority on the SCOTUS. he may be establishment, but at least he did that right.

Radical? Lulz.

Ruling on what the law actually says, or doesn't say, is radical to dems.

The Top Gun Act: Anyone who has been in office long enough to see 2 Top Gun movies come out is mandatorily retired.

Someone in Congress needs to propose this.
