BREAKIG: The Missouri AG is dropping all charges against the McCloskey family.
They should’ve never been charged in the first place.

Sad that he had to intervene at all, but good for them.

Good. Now go after that DA.

That’s great now but what happens the next time somebody gets railroaded and there’s not a commonsense person around to help these kind of people out?
The DA needs to be made an example of.

Yep, this is where the rubber meets the road on whether or not the AG wants to fight the filth.

Good.
Now sue for malicious prosecution and file complaint against DA with Missouri Bar.

Guess he didn't bother to explore the theory of them destroying their own entrance gate.

It wouldn't shock me if they were "lost" during processing.

What if the AG was a Democrat? And the Governor?
Never vote for a Democrat in any election. Not even for Dog Catcher or Mosquito Control.

Turn on the batsignal: I know of one or two "attorneys" on this board who were all in with DA Gardner.

You misspelled their name.

If a city’s investigators tamper with evidence but don’t get a chance to present it in court, is it still a crime since they have attested in charges that it was readily available to be fired?

Damn , I was hoping they’d go through with it so he could destroy her in court then sue the frick out of her.

Felony obstruction of justice and tampering with evidence charges coming for DA
Posted on 7/30/20 at 3:25 pm to Frank Black
The point was to harass them. They accomplished that. Everyone knew there was no case.
Posted on 7/30/20 at 3:29 pm to Frank Black
Now it's time to file charges against the AG
