This is great news. Hopefully other red states in which China owns land or businesses will follow Bailys lead.

China still owes us money from bonds purchased back in the1920s or some thing like that.

LoL... You should look into it. Missouri will most definitely receive either cash or property. China didn't even show up in court. They have no legal recourse.

Haven't heard of this, what are they refusing to pay? I know in Az the Saudi's were pumping groundwater as fast as they could to grow alfalfa to feed the cattle back home. That came to a screeching halt.

Missouri sued China for damages related to Covid. China didn't even show up in court to answer the charges/allegations. The judge ruled in favor of Missouri. It's highly doubtful that China will hand over the 24 billion, which allows Missouri to seize whatever assets China holds in the state of Missouri. I'm not sure if they could pursue property outside of Missouri.

China missed its chance to defend itself. I'm no attorney, but.... I think China is fricked concerning this particular case.
