What was that all about?? Was the target of this stupidity an ICE agent? Had he been involved with some enforcement activity or did the imbeciles just suspect he was an ICE agent??

I saw nothing in that video that showed the target of the attack having done anything but thy to get his vehicle out of the parking lot.
