Regular bottled water plus sun exposure will eventually start to grow bacteria and algae on the inside

Like spontaneously grow bacteria and algae? I don't believe so... The plastic bottle may break down over time and release contaminants into the water, but UV light exposure will kill bacteria. This is a commonly practiced method for decontaminating water in 3rd world countries.

FEMA has admitted it was thei water and it was excess. They had it in shipping containers at like $200k per day. It’s no longer drinkable. This is a non issue.

They had to do it. Without water 3 days - you start to die. It takes right about 3 days - likely more - to get water trucked, loaded, shipped, unloaded, trucked, and distributed to PR.

So you can’t wait until there’s a water shortage crises. People are dead at that point. ya

Should the people of Puerto Rico revolt and forcefully remove their mayor from power?

I think so.

Mayor had nothing to do with this water. It is presently owned by the GSA. They put it there. It’s federally owned water. They determined they didn’t need it. Gotta put it somewhere

Then if PR doesn’t need the aid, the whore mayor needs to shut her mouth.

So what your saying is that the FEMA response was a success since they brought in more supplies than were needed.

That’s a big statement. The feds held this water in containers until it was economically impractical to store it in containers. The innuendo that FOX news suggested was that it was a denial of needed water. It doesn’t appear that there is evidence either way on that.

Funny, theft and government oversight by side tracking donations for themselves, suddenly does not happen in PR, sure I buy that
