Perhaps you missed the part of my story where the man noted his remarkable cognitive increase after dropping the habit.
He was baseline at both ends, and juxtaposed his own experiences from each end.

Matt Walsh had a thing on this several months back - how the stupid "questionaire" to determine if you have ADHD all but guarantees that you do.
