In times of real conflict, not much. They can fly aircraft both fixed wing and rotary. Remember the army officer that ran into the passenger plane?

I have no problem with real women in the military.
It's those Trans-Women, that Joe Biden and his merry band of DemoRats wanted so badly in uniform, that I despise.
First of all, their mental issue, (claiming that they're a woman, while sporting a penis) should be the first and only disqualifier needed to stop them from enlisting.

Rush Limbaugh came up with this idea 30 years ago by illustrating absurdity by being absurd.
You create an all women combat division in four units. We can call it the Amazonian Brigade. You get each unit to sync up their menstrual cycles and the other units will sync up their cycles on the other weeks. The military will send each unit in combat during their menstrual cycle week.
Sending in women on their period might be a genius idea, get the enemy to surrender from a group of women all on their periods at the same time.
