Does he work a strict 8-5, or does he extend his day to accomodate that?
People that do this shite are not putting in extra work hours

No, you didn't. You claimed there was an underlying legal basis for a judge throwing out a banks valuation and replacing it with his own.
Nope.
I pointed out that there was a legal basis for the concept.
That basis is that it is unlawful to fraudulently state the value of a property in a transaction of this type.
Did you really need me to point that out? It's pretty obvious.
THEN, I clearly stated that the application of the concept was bogus and an abuse of prosecutorial power.
The application of the concept is the judge replacing the official valuation with his own.
The abuse of prosecutorial power is the selective prosecution of one guy for political reasons when the justice system ignores every other similar valuation of this type in the country.
All of that was in the post. Every bit of it was either clearly stated or obviously implied.
Will you please now stop wasting my time today?
Thanks.

WFH is a win for everyone else. It saves money wasted on commute, parking, auto wear and tear, fuel, etc that can be spent in more productive areas of the economy.
You must be young. There is great push back from the youths about this WFH reform.

Not really disagreeing with your reasoning here but it’s not like private sector jobs are going to stop people working from home now. My sister is an attorney, she has stacked two WFH jobs with two major corporations on top of each other. They don’t know she is doing this. Do you guys have a problem with that?
Not at all.
It's the best anecdotal evidence anybody has posted yet that people who claim WFH is as productive as working from an office are completely FOS.
So thanks for that.
Also, no, I don't care what those firms are dumb enough to do. My taxes don't go to pay your sister to fleece them.

Social security signed a deal with Biden last week guaranteeing work from home for 40k employees til 2029

I agree with both sides of the issue:
Many many benefits of work from home if a private company and a private citizen wish to do it.
If your job is paid for by my tax dollars? Get your butt to the job site where your behavior can be monitored. These employees work for me unlike Apple or Amazon where I can choose my business support.
