Did they have a previous government transport before being picked up by the people who flew them to Mass?

I like where your going with this. Hopefully it turns and bites the dems hard. They are the original transporters

They aren't citizens so they can't claim those rights.

I believe the Constitution does protect them even though they are not American citizens.

I don't like it but it seems that it does protect them...

Why? Obama is from Africa, not Hawaii.

How many people will believe this horseshite vs those who thought this was a good idea?

And of those, how many ever would have voted DeSantis under any circumstances?

OK. Let's say the 1st Circuit says those rights are enjoyed by illegals.

Can someone tell me how those rights were violated? They chose to enter this country illegally. They agreed to get on the plane and signed a waiver to get on that plane.

What property were they denied? From what I have read, they got new clothes, phones, cash, and a place to stay. Sounds like they GAINED property.

The lawyers are in play now to get whatever they can get. That is all they are focused on with respect to this 'business'

I wonder how much the dems paid them to complain?

They should be thanking Ron for the hook up, as a few did. They got to beat the South Texas September heat and probably living in a tent or on the streets, and instead got a free trip to MV and were cared for , fed and clothed by the nation’s elite for 48 hours before they shooed them away from their elitist enclave. These people will say anything for anyone to stay in the country.

How are the Dem lawyers different than DeSantis?

“Sign this paper and we will win you lots of money.”
“Sign this paper and we will fly you to a great location.”

DeSantis has insisted that no laws were broken, and has pledged to continue his administration’s $12 million program to relocate migrants.

I wonder if anyone is aware of why the good people of Martha's Vineyard turned away the migrants.

The dirty secret is that there are Brazilian migrants that have invaded the place and there is a rich Brazilian American resident who would be out of a lot of money if a bunch of others competing for the dollars. This guy controls all of the service industry types like kitchen staff as well as construction and house painters on the island.

Follow the money.
