He called for this type of action, some of his supporters delivered and are now facing charges. Trump doesn't give two shits about his Pawns, I mean "Patriots".
I mean do you think Joe Biden gives a shite about you?

But it didn’t happen. And it wasn’t close to happening. Since you insist on taking the word of Pence… Pence denied giving it second thought.
Idk why you think it’s relevant that the plan failed.

Sending a certification to Congress representing that they were duty elected/appointed electors under the laws of the state of Michigan when they were not, and knew that they were not.

Will anyone be charging HRC for telling Biden in public to never under any circumstances concede the election?
Or How the HRC campaign team in 2016 threatened & tried to coerce & bribe the electors?
I guess it was foolhardy of me to think the obstruction of proceedings & fraudulent challenges by Waters, Raskin, Jackson-Lee, et al on 1/6/17 would warrant indictments as well.
Waters earlier that day...

You mean that the system worked.. right?
The plan by these sovereign citizens is to file bogus UCC documents and demand “their” money from the government. The UCC makes it to the IRS but is trashed with no response. Does that mean that their plan almost worked?
Difference is?

uttering and publishing? Seems like every lawer and politician would be held criminally liable for their documentation abuse

Liberals Praising ‘False’ Elector Indictment Previously Called For Electoral College To Vote Against Trump In 2016
In the 2016 election, 10 members of the electoral college eventually voted faithlessly, the first time it occurred since 1808. Two Trump electors voted for former Republican Gov. John Kasich of Ohio and former Republican Rep. Ron Paul of Texas, while several electors for Hillary Clinton voted for former Secretary of State Colin Powell, with one vote going to Faith Spotted Eagle, a Native American activist in Washington State.

Faithless electors aren't the same as fraudulent electors
