Typical response from a community that has grown so morally bankrupt that the assclown Obama is seen as a leader!!!! If black people don't clean up their act and start holding themselves and their community to a higher standard that has been on display as of late...... Your whole community is destined to be nothing but slaves for generations to come!!

There is no black community. I cannot control black people across the country, nor do we speak for each other.

That said, at the hypocritical reaction of this foul female

I guess it shouldn't surprise me, but the lack of empathy on this board is just astounding. God forbid one of you ever lose a child at the hands of a cop.

I think it's a horrible, terrible thing to lose a child for any reason. I empathize with that wholeheartedly.

I have no respect for her obvious negligence in raising her child, nor for her hypocrisy in becoming involved in his life at this juncture, after damage has irrevocably been done, thanks largely to her lack of previous oversignt.

I think a lot of empathy has been shown. Many felt officer Wilson should have never been brought up on charges. I empathize with him for what he had to endure before and after last night. Man's life has probably been changed forever - for doing his job.

I can understand her anger with losing her son but it's badly misdirected.

If you raise your son to be criminal who try's to start fights with cops then this is a consequence of his bad judgement and HER bad parenting.

Where was she when he was committing a crime?

Maybe I missed it, but how do we know she was absent and negligent in her raising of him? And even if she was, how is that supposed to diminish her pain and anguish? How is she supposed to react?

That's easy she doesn't entice people to riot and "burn this place down".

Pretty accurate assumption given the way her son conducted himself....and the way she has conducted herself.

Screw you.. i have lost a child, and if she had grown up to be a full grown man who got shot for attacking a police officer, I might just look in a mirror rather than blaming everyone else.

Oh, my bad. I thought you were wondering about empathy for the officer. He was the one facing charges and relying on justice to prove his innocence.

Incorrect.

I don't have any more in common with black people in Ferguson or other parts of the country than you do (assuming you're white) with random white people in Reno, Nevada.

I'm black and the actions of looters/rioters in Ferguson freaking Missouri don't speak for me, my extended family, or the majority of black people. That's not convenience, that's fact. Quit painting with a broad brush, or you're just as much of a race baiter as some people of color.

This is where young African Americans such as yourself need to take a stand against this kind of bullshite. Sitting on the sidelines and enabling this behavior is not acceptable. There is a big problem with our youth today and that includes black male on black male crimes.
