I get it. Why I said there are people who will argue for it. Even our great "centrist" legal scholars on here.
Unfortunately, until SCOTUS or congress decides if illegals get the same rights as us nothing will change. Hopefully the anchor baby ruling goes in our favor, and will help here too.

Illegals have the inalienable rights of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness". They do NOT have constitutionally guaranteed rights such as the 2A, 5th, etc.
