To be a successful building and land developer at any level, you must know a thing or two about construction, land & building valuation, infrastructure, logistics, rebuilding, dealing with Federal & State regulations & permits, cutting through such red tape, etc….

He's basically been a builder since he was a kid working for his father putting up affordable family homes in Brooklyn. He's a blue collar guy at heart. Yeah, he built skyscrapers in NYC but he's not some sort of east coast Manhattan elite. He's the guy they all look down on because he's a construction worker in their eyes.
