I'm sure the rebuttal will be but it's still true! But this is why no one takes these twitter clickbait links seriously. They are just bait for less than aware people to click, click, share, click. I'm sure you also have some youtube videos to show me with all the pauses edited out and big bold cartoon letters on them as well, but I just dont get it because I didnt watch it until the end.

I distinctly remember in the wake of Katrina the insane level of criticism directed at GW for the lack of response and basically none at all on Blanco for failing to specifically request what she actually needed. Her incompetence was completely glossed over because the national media wanted to use Katrina as something to nail Bush on. They couldn’t have cared less what happened to Louisiana or the truth of what happened. They just saw an opportunity to score some political points for team D and pounced on it.
