Exactly.
Can anyone remember the number of times when there was some issue that was controversial and potentially damaging to the dems and have juust enough dems side with the republicans to the harm of their own party??
Why is that?

I'm afraid they are going to actually remove Trump. They don't care if it starts a war. They have THAT much to loose.
If they can't stop witness they have lost control of all of this.

Then Bidens, Schiff, Ciaramella come on down
They can simply block those by simply not showing up.
What are they going to do...throw Biden, Schiff and Carmels in jail?

They won't be able to remove him. The witness portion of this thing is going to be epic. It will be catastrophic for coup plotters and crooks.
Trump still has the deep state in his crosshairs.

I think you people are over reacting. Y'all need to calm down.

First witness vote better be on Hunter Biden then, with Joe Biden to come after.

Don’t tease me with that idea.

I agree. This is infuriating. Langford and Graham proposing to read the manuscript behind closed doors is ridiculous. Schumer has the high ground today on this point. The book will be published in less than 2 months anyway. Schumer makes the republicans look imbecilic, which they are.
We can expect Bolton and Mulvaney only. The republicans will not get 51 votes for either Biden, Schiff, the whistleblower, IG Atkinson (the 18th witness whose transcript has yet to be released, and never will), or anyone else to help in Trump’s defense.
Seven Democrat senators received campaign contributions from Hunter Biden. Who are they?
How many congressmen have kids and relatives tied up in money laundering and sweetheart deals? Both republicans and democrats?
Toomey, Romney, Graham, Murkowski, Gardner, Portman, Collins, at least.
I’ll bet the whistleblower, all the leakers, msm, are celebrating their ongoing coup. This will never end.
To think that dragging this out won’t hurt Trump’s re-election is wrong,IMO.
Where am I going wrong?

And you can go frick yourself.
Here's something I posted earlier on this subject. Remember, I have maintained for awhile now that we would see witnesses. Here was my rationale...
quote:
When this thing began yesterday I was thinking there were two possibilities. And how it all ultimately goes down depends on whether Trump wants there to be witnesses or not.
1. He wants witnesses. In this case his team does not deliver a "knockout punch" -- yet. If witnesses are to be called they will wait and "take down the deep state" during that portion of the trial.
2. He does not want witnesses. In this case, he will deliver his "knockout punch" during the opening arguments phase.
They didn't go for the throat during the opening arguments phase. Ergo, there will be witnesses. There will be justice seen in all of this one way or another.

And the spineless GOP never changes. You'd think they would have learned how to win by watching Trump. Cucks gonna cuck.

People outside of WSJ seem to be all over the place with this one.
AP reporting McConnell told senators he did not have the votes yet to block witnesses. Yet being the key word.

Don't tell me I'm overreacting and I need to calm down.
I've taken enough grief on this board the last few days over my takes and now my takes are being proven correct.
I always respond in kind. If you're a dick, I'll be a dick.
