These are promises he's backed away from.
C.f.: Keeping the anti-Catholic executive order that Obama signed in place because Ivanka and the homosexuals love it; The embassy story above; the countless statements regarding not prosecuting Clinton; Flynn yesterday; etc.

NATO military spending or more specific their lack of funding has to be addressed and handled. We have our $2 billion Arleigh Burke class destroyers providing ballistic missile protection to our European allies meanwhile they won't spend the require 2% GDP which is the minimum accepted amount to provide and maintain a viable force. Recently the British have cut spending that now they don't even carry anti ship missiles on their sub force.
