And apparently he was released from jail two days ago. I know Fredo’s line of attack tomorrow: Sure he was released from prison two days ago and obviously shouldn’t have been, but what do you think someone like that is going to do when someone similar to him like Kyle Rittenhouse gets away with it for his skin color.

Slowing down doesn't mean he isn't a piece of shite. Maybe he was maneuvering to cause maximum damage? Maybe slowing down he thought he could run over people instead of knocking them out of the way? Im just asking questions based on observations.
