at this point the SAVE America act is such an abomination since it came back from the house, I wouldnt even hate it not passing.
It now includes the section 219 in the NDAA which codifies merging a ton of national security/intelligence programs with Israel... which is peak lunacy.

I do not believe we can get the 51 votes needed to pass it save act if the 60 vote rule was rescinded. What would happen is a few yes votes would be exposed and scum. They will only vote for it when they know it isn't going to pass.
And if they only needed 45 votes then 5 more would be exposed and actually playing for the other team when 5 more jump ship.
