What orders did Trump give that were illegal?
How is that question relevant to any point I have addressed in this thread?

ITT, we are discussing Trump's assertion that Kelly, et al have committed criminal acts by that little video.

Come on. You and Dear Leader assert that Kelly has broken the law with his little video.

Make your case.

Cite the specific laws that you claim were broken.

Set forth the "facts" that you contend would constitute a violation of that statute.

It is YOUR claim. Support it.

He consciously collaborated with other DEMOCRAT Senators to put a video out that tells service members to defy "illegal" orders from the CIC.

All without saying what those "illegal" orders might or could be. You know and I know it is to sow doubt in those young minds that the commander in chief is stable and is in the wrong!

Now, why wasn't this advice given during the Biden administration? Because it is (D)ifferent now

Sounds insurrectiony to me!

The Turnip Biden gang raped people over that poison Covid Vaccine...if that wasn't an illegal order I don't know what was....forcing people to take an unproven vaccine that turned out to be not worth a shite and demonstrably harmful, and if they did not going after those that wouldn't.

WHERE were these stalwarts THEN?????? They should arrest the lot of them.

good Lord, it is tedious trying to get you people to focus.

This thread is about whether Kelly committed sedition, and section 2387 does not address sedition.

if you want to argue that a reminder to military personnel that they should follow the law constitutes an invitation to “insubordination,“ you are welcome to make that argument. Let’s just say that I don’t think your argument would meet with much success in a courtroom.

He clearly violated the statute. The question was did he break the law. I say yes he did.

That's what you asked. Answered. No more double talk.

Fair enough.

I admit that there is at least a “good faith argument” to be made that the tweet in question was an invitation to “insubordination” under 2387, though I doubt that this argument will hold any water in the courtroom.

Are you equally willing to admit that the tweet does not remotely qualify as statutory “sedition” under 2384, due to the lack of violent force?

I havent even addressed sedition. It's a clear attempt to get members of the armed forces and the intel community to disobey the chain of command.

Were it me I'd charge them and put it in the hands of the courts using 2387, They deserve a trip through the legal system because of the dangerous game theyre playing.

I ask again where were they when the military members needed them during the Covid fiasco? Nowhere..

Oh look, another low IQ retard.

The same day that same loon KILLED a REPUBLICAN judge? Whey does the judge never get mentioned?

That was a rhetorical question. I know you will lie.

This is deeply troubling. Keep in mind they think ANY insurrection is RIGHTIOUS criticism of Trump and the principle of MAGA.

They know what is best with their false democracy
