I’m just curious what a lawful use of a weapon is if defending your home from an invasion isn’t lawful.

Peacefully protesting does not equal destruction of private property and trespassing

A peaceable right to assemble does not grant the protester the right to determine where that protest happens, particularly on private property.

They're crucifying a couple of registered Democrats in a swing state.

Being charged is the first step towards conviction.

I would consider the protesters trespassing because they entered through unlawfully a private gate. This case will be thrown out.

And the US Attorney needs to convene a Grand Jury to investigate Civil Rights violations perpetrated by the DA.

This is why non-mentally-ill, non-radical-statists need to GET THE frick OUT OF any jurisdiction where atrocities such as this are even a possibility.

The Constitution is a brilliant document. But it is useless in a polity that abhors it, even if we have enough USSC Justices who hold it sacred.

Gov already said he would pardon them on the radio.

Also the first line of that letter is such BS. Peaceful protesters don't trespass and tear down iron gates. She thinks homeowners standing guard at their own house is civil intimidation but calls tearing down gates to private property peaceful. We are living in crazy times.
