I’m not sold but think it’s worth entertaining.
Would be a hell of an October surprise if true and proof came out. Would be big enough to wake up everybody for sure.

What happened is some guys threw some ice into a hurricane right before it turned, and it turned just like it was going to anyway.
I won't bore you with the details, but I'll just say that this is the equivalent of thinking your footsteps have a measurable effect on the rotation of the earth.

Not calling bs on your post, but I wonder how many crazy gadgets over the years have been given a patent.
It does seem like if this was real, we would've already heard about it. I mean a gadget that could create and control weather would be pretty big news.

Apparently China is already exploring weaponizing it and the UN has outlawed it in anticipation.
The questions are to what extent is it possible? and if a significant capability exists, was it used nefariously against us by a desperate and evil government grasping to retain control and hide their other crimes.
