Rubio sucks.
The conditions for Veteran homelessness are set when they are on active duty, in most instances. It's useless to put this money in the VA. I don't believe it belongs at all, but if it does, it belongs on the DoD side for the transition programs.
The VA needs to be shut down, or, at least 85% of it needs to be shut down.

Once you are done with ACAP or now SFL-TAP the Army completely wipes it’s arse with you and pushes you out the door. The whole SFL-TAP process is a complete joke. This is needed in the VA because when you are still in you have housing the second you get the DD-214 you’re homeless and the Army doesn’t give a shite.
