Well, he confessed and plenty of people can pick him out.
Done and done. They need to take him outside. Dump a few gallons of gasoline on him. Match. Done and done.
Maybe and I do mean maybe, give some psychiatrists 6 months to study him. Then my plan.

I guess that makes us even, because I have no idea how your response to my previous post relates to what I said.
You said people were dismissing the idea just because of the source.
I said that people are dismissing the idea because it promotes authoritarian rule.
Y'all just don't see that because of the source.
Basically, "the source" has nothing to do with people's opinions of the idea. "The source" just blinds y'all from what it is really promoting.

Start the Macro American Justice System thread. It's an interesting topic. I'd probably agree with a lot of your opinions.

What do you mean wow? He did it. He confessed. End his life. Painfully. If you disagree that is your opinion and you can choke on a bag of dicks for having it.

So you just straight up believe the 8th amendment shouldn’t exist?

This. He confessed. He did it. People saw him do it. Again, he confessed. I don't care why he did it, what compelled him to do it, whether he's got mental problems... he killed 17 kids in cold blood. Kill him quickly. Pretty cut and dry if you ask me.

I don't have a problem with this.

You clearly did not read the same posts that I did...or else you have some clairvoyant powers.

I assume the y'all here are Christians?
How does the source blind me from understanding that swift justice is an authoritarian view?
What's the difference between "swift justice" and a "speedy trial"? Is that another authoritarian view?

Probably not......since you're rarely ever right about anything.

We all know what might happen. Some anti-death penalty lawyer or group will defend him. Claim insanity. Win or lose, he will slowly move through the court system. Then another higher profile attorney will handle the appeal, then an even higher profile advocate will handle the final appeal. 9 years later the process will end.
Garbage. It shouldn't take that long when someone confesses and there is plenty of video evidence.
And my remarks were more about the painful death than the speedy execution. Although it does need to come much faster. 20 years on death row is a travesty.

Which country would you still be a theif? Knowing your consequences changes you actions.
Or I'll say it like this, knowing the effect can alter the cause.
