Ordinarily, do we know what's in the plea agreement?
If Manafort agreed to stop communicating with Trump then it's a violation. If Trump knew of that agreement but participated anyway then that's obstruction.

He also has state charges because what be did were actual crimes. Trump can't pardon state crimes. Manafort's going to die in jail.
