Ted Cruz was the best presidential candidate to seek a party's nomination in three decades.
For years he's been doing the hard work in Washington, the unappreciated work, the work that other Republicans ran away from and hid.
However, it quickly became apparent to me that had Ted secured the GOP nomination that Hillary Clinton would become president and I ultimately joined team Trump.
Ted Cruz will be an asset to this nation as a senator, as AG or as a Justice on the SCOTUS.
