It means if the beheader isn't Cuban as the headline says, then they will print a correction after nobody cares anymore and buried deep so nobody will read it.

According to The Sun he was from Cuba
It doesn't say that in the Sun article you linked. It says the VICTIM was identified as a Cuban immigrant
