Man decapitates woman in broad daylight near Minneapolis

I didn’t think that was in Minneapolis proper. I also thought that was a lady wearing a burkha. If it was the same one it’s weird how the story got so crossed up. If it’s not the same one then WTF?!? 2 in one week?

she was from Cuba. Was he also? That name doesn't sound Cuban-- his name is Alexis Saborit. I have read several articles and none say he is Cuban.
