The problem with this guy is that he chooses to invite confrontation by going into the restroom where females go. This causes an understandable security concern for the more vulnerable part of our society.
If this person is truly some sort of hybrid, then he should use the men's room where he would not cause any concern for women and trigger the normal protective instincts of men.
But this person is enjoying the attention and feeling of empowerment by causing such concern.
Our society should not indulge this behavior.
