Multiple resources linked in this thread show three charged individuals and their charges. 2 had charges of indecent assault. 1 just had custodial interference and nonviolent arrest. He is not facing the death penslty. It’s a third degree felony in Florida Fla Statutes

163 kid were rescued
3 persons were charged
The Ag has stated that “many” were the victims of abuse neglect and exploitation

We don’t have other specific information to try to litigate their cases or other persons potential cases unless you have information that you wish to share

But once you establish abuse neglect or exploitation— then the relationship of the perpetrator is less important.

As I said— let’s take this most favorable to you only 3 were abused neglected and or exploited. 160 rescued kids can be from any set of circumstances you desire

That is still a desirous situation and if there is current probable cause to charge two with indecent assault that is an action that should be pursued

Yes, and I thought Ed answered that question. I don’t know if it was in response to you, but he stated earlier that we don’t know and opined the reason was it was early in the investigation. I have nothing to add to that

We know the state contends 163 were rescued with many suffering abuse neglect and exploitation. Additionally three people were charged

You rescue kids it’s laudable. You convict perverts beyond a reasonable doubt of indecent assault on a minor then you as the people’s representative are doing your job
