That's my take on it. I mean, Paul Ryan was a bastard who smiled and hyped trump up in front of the cameras. Then he slow rolled and sabotaged a lot of trump's agenda.


These are people who will say anything in order to accomplish wtfever they want to accomplish.

They, the establishment, hate trump. They hate him so much. They've spied on his campaign, they've ran ops on his cabinet, they've humiliated his son by dragging him in for a 20+ hr interview over two days, because he fell into a trap dnc and fusion set. They've investigated every single aspect of trump and his friends. They've put shackles on some of his allies. I'm just saying, talking up Desantis in order to create division would be one of the mildest things they've done.


My suspicion of Desantis is related to trump. A lot of people trump supported end up becoming swampy rage monsters. And trump heavily supported Desantis a while ago. So it's moreso about trump's track record than it is about Desantis himself..

It’s easy to see what they are doing. They hate Trump so bad that they are going to support his biggest opponent in their eyes which is DeSantis. They will do anything to keep Trump out of office because they are scared to death of Trump and what he could and will do. This is a huge gamble on their part because DeSantis could end up harming them much more than Trump could have ever imagined. Now DeSantis could end up being a GOPe stooge but if I wouldn’t bet on it.
