I was speaking about what Paddyshack quoted in his reply, specifically

quote:

Irony is a left wing populist calling a libertarian/conservative "leftist"

Rog has always been a staunch critic of Trumpian economic policies like tariffs (and their redistributive aims).

I've never seen his comments about the estate tax to judge.

You people are really in a tight little bubble.
Yeah, it’s called the United States of America. And we are trying to unite behind an incredible group of people who are preparing to overhaul our government.

And people like you can’t comprehend with your pea brains. People like you who beg for more illegals.

The party’s over, Roger. You can get on board or you can hitch a ride with Whoopi or Bobby DeNiro to Timbuktu.

Neither does he. He just wants it to fail no matter what. He wants everyone at his level is all. I know people like him IRL and they are mad at anyone even remotely successful so since they can't figure out how to get there themselves they hope for failure for all. Just straight hate and anger.

It's the same people that tell me how lucky I am for being successful but they never saw the hard work I did for the first 15-20 years to get to the point I am now where I can frick off a lot.

Again, its because he sees higher taxes as hurting people more successful and he is jealous and bitter that at his age he is so far behind. He wants to lower people to his level because that's easier than trying to strive for their level. He makes it painfully obvious. Higher taxes don't hurt low-income people so he personally won't be affected.

Yep.

You know that info is public, right?

I will give you the name of my business and if you can't find me anywhere on the PPP loan list then you have to stop posting here forever. If you can find me, then I will leave forever.

Is that a deal?

I have personally enjoyed the Trump tax cuts a lot. They were great.

Its funny though that my investments just had 2 of the best years they have ever had by far. The best rates of return I think I have ever gotten.

Not sure really what to make of that besides market comeback post-Covid.

The past couple of days have been incredible for me stock wise. Thank you cultists

remember when I posted from an economics textbook word for word and you claimed I was an economic buffoon for the statement? You are a moron that learned about MMT on Wikipedia and thinks you are educating everyone. The only reason you think nobody else was aware of what it was is because you had no clue until wiki told you hours before.

You are in favor of higher taxes and taxing the rich because you are poor and dumb.

I've defended some of Rog's stances but this is ironic and I can't help but quote-reply.

That's one of his favorite response to me (sometimes when I make arguments he agrees with philosophically and just wants to take shots at me).

After three years of being flat, I finally made a lot of headway this year.

But I would take a shrinking economy and a stock market crisis if it fixed our current inflation issue.

In a heartbeat. The indicators the federal govt uses dont really help the working guy. Unless you like menial wages.

I’ve got to get back to Napa. Thanks for the reminder. Siding with Roger is a risky move. Though, you have proven over and over again that you are a moron. This thread is just reminding us of that fact.

Not at all.

But at least it caused you to look at an actual textbook instead of believing Influencers, which is your normal height of intellectual curiosity.

It’s a fun exercise. He will say he isn’t for higher taxes….we will go in circles for a few posts and then he will finally say “frick no Trump should not have cut the estate tax”
