Actually it looks like this…

Going for 10% reduction in fuel costs.

Ships powered by the wind.

What will they think of next.

Looks pretty cool, but not what I expected. Weird that it would create more movement than a large sail.

Can’t wait til they do a remake of captain Phillips with sails, old school pirates, swords, etc.

I thought Trump was going to get the shipping industry to drop a few nuclear reactors on some freight ships to conserve oil.

Years ago Popular Mechanics presented this as a concept. Good for the Danes for doing it.

Yes sir. They’ve been around since before WW2 but seem to be catching on for a little boost.

I personally believe their “30%” reduction in fuel savings is way off when you factor in cost of the rotors, cost of the motors and now captain crunch has to also monitor wind directions every 3 seconds.

nothing but an environmental wacko pandering effort....so so stupid.

The left never surprises me how dumb they are!

The bell has been raised from its watery grave,

Do you hear its sepulchral tone?

A call to all, pay heed the squall,

And turn your sails toward home.

Yo-ho, haul together, hoist the colours high!

Heave-ho, thieves and beggars, never shall we die!
