Saying they're far afield of the mandate & what a SC was appointed to do. Furthermore they are being "loud" about the indictments but they should've been sealed to draw out one of the culprits in order to be able and pursue the others. Also said it's odd how EASY & SLOPPY the Russians were & were found out. They were unsophisticated with grimy fingerprints left on purpose....Almost like they wanted to get caught with their hand in the cookie jar.

This has been pointed out by a lot of people. Numerous hackers/ security experts have said that the "mistakes" they made wouldn't have been made by a high school hacker.
There is a lot of squirrelly stuff in the indictment, they accuse the Russians of skimming donations from the DCCC by having the DCCC page redirect to a fake site. The indictment also claims that the hackers were redirecting their traffic back into the US to computers in AZ, after leaving the US. Then if you look at the dates, they don't match up with the Paps timeline and when the hackers supposedly contacted Carter Page doesn't make any sense.

Yep, they had a few experts that worked for the NSA that said early on that the CIA has programs to cover their tracks and apply false digital fingerprints to set up foreign hackers. Not to say that this happened in this case but it's sad that I don't trust my gov't.
