After the hundreds of hoaxes, I no longer believe this. Especially in Shreveport where there are more gangsters than tax payers. Yeah that's an exaggeration but you get my point.

If there is no prior history to this sort of thing happening in Shreveport, considering multiple previous black mayors, I find it hard to believe.
