He's not going to prison. With the plea deal, the liberal judge will give him time served and then released to 5 years home arrest with an ankle monitor.

I don’t think that is true but because of double jeopardy, feds go first he won’t be tried for murder but plead guilty to stalking. bullshite! This is not an accident.
