A lot of studies have been done .... 25+ is the number being universally quoted, even by some democRATs.

I hope it’s true. It’s amazing how the Republicans allowed Democrats to weaponize the Governments, state and federal, against them - funding NGOs that were practically part of the DNC, staffing the federal government with their campaign workers, and this crap too.

This has been about the most systematic political transformation in this country's history .... certainly in such a short period of time.

This Admin came in guns blazin' .... taking down USAID right out of the chute was huge. It's really all been masterfully planned and executed thus far.

If we get a favorable outcome on LA v Callais, it might well spell the doom of the democRATs on a national level. If they elect Mandami in NYC ... then city and state level stuff will become targets of opportunity for MAGA.

Got to win LA v Callais first .... and keep pressure on the deep state swamp rats over Russiagate, J6, Hillary, etc.

If SCOTUS finds the creation of majority minority districts as unconstitutional, it will completely transform Congress. You will see the likes of Al Green and Maxine Waters types disappear. The only Democrat strongholds will be districts that make up big cities.

Nancy Landry is against Callais. She is no friend. Also, isn't it Liz Murrill that is trying to defend this map?

Nancy Landry is on Jeff Landry's side on this. I don't know where anyone is getting the idea that she rocks. She is AGAINST Callais. She is a puppet and a completely controlled SOS.

They have to find it Unconstitutional .... because it's Unconstitutional. And you are exactly correct. It will transform American politics for decades to come.

The next worry will be, and rightly so, corrupt RINOs.

I'm really not convinced that Louisiana wants to be in this fight .... but it's complicated.

Agreed. A big part of that complication is that Jeff, as AG, rolled over and showed his belly when the federal judge said we had to make another minority district.

He could have fought it in court as AG (since the edict came down well before the election), claiming the exact same thing Callais does, but he didn't. He then used it to oust Graves from his seat in Congress for not kissing the ring once he became Governor.

But states controlled by Democrats will do the opposite.

Blue states have already done it to the maximum possible extent. Is MA going to eliminate their zero Republican seats?

Elections have consequences. Landry will deservedly have axed Graves and likely win a decisive victory for red states, if the USSC answers correctly this question submitted by La.
quote:

The answer cannot be that Louisiana should go adopt a one majority-Black district map, the Robinson Plaintiffs will just sue Louisiana again. The answer also cannot be that Louisiana should go adopt a different two majority-Black district map. Plaintiffs in this case will just sue Louisiana again. No. The State needs, and respectfully, deserves, a clear articulation of what map, in this Court’s view, would survive both constitutional and VRA review and (b) how States on a going-forward basis can avoid the
endless litigation that unfolds after every Census.

And now ... the projected number of seats is up to +42 if you take into account dropping illegals from the Census, which should have been done long ago.

The upcoming SCOTUS case is LA vs Callais.
