We’re on our third republican governor in 150 years. Our legislature might be republican now BUT at least HALF of those numbnuts used to be democrats and switched over so they could keep their seats to steal from us.

You might want to do the barest of bare minimum research of actually looking up the list of Louisiana governors, then either try again or continue with looking at the legislatures.

Right legislature became Republican Majority for the first time in Jindals term, and most of those were former Democrats. Even today most of the Republicans in government are populist and not conservative. Conservatives like Richard Nelson were typically shunned by the party.
