Former Memphis City Schools Board President Tomeka Hart revealed Wednesday that she was the foreperson of the jury that convicted Stone on obstruction charges last year -- and soon afterward, her history of Democratic activism and a string of her anti-Trump, left-wing social media posts came to light. Hart confirmed to CNN and other media organizations that she had written a Facebook post supporting the Justice Department prosecutors in the Stone case who abruptly stepped down from their posts Tuesday, saying she "can't keep quiet any longer."

In addition, it was revealed that U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson had denied a defense request to strike a potential juror who was Obama-era press official with admitted anti-Trump views -- and whose husband worked at the same Justice Department division that handled the probe leading to Stone's arrest.

What can be done about that corrupt judge? Seems like they can pretty much do as they like without fear of consequences.

Yup. Stone is gonna be fully pardoned the week after the 2020 election , no matter the outcome. And everyone knows it.

Meh waiting until right after the election would be the most politically savvy thing to do. Don’t give the sky screaming socialists the political ammo. Just not worth bringing up that particular fight leading into an election.

Afterwards though restore justice and pardon the whole lot. Hell, even throw in a Manafort pardon too for maximum triggering (cause we all know if Manafort would have been a Hillary political operative it would have been forbidden to look into his personal affairs).

All these revelations raised the prospect that Stone's team could again seek a new trial, especially if Hart provided inaccurate responses under oath on her pretrial questionnaires concerning social media activity.

Maybe hold on to that pardon, Mr. President.

I personally like and trust Barr based on his coming out of "retirement" to outmaneuver Weissmann and the Mueller-puppet lawfare pukes. But if he sat by while the Mueller Zelinsky team was committing potential reversible errors by stacking the jury with anti-Trump figs, why step in now on the sentencing recommendation?

I'd like to think that he has a broader strategy by sitting by while the Mueller underlings continued put the screws to Stone.

I consider myself to be lowercase "q," or "Q-curious," but is this part of another chess move? If so, what is it?

Any posters with ties to the Memphis area when the suburban schools separated knows that Hart is a shill. It’s public knowledge.

I hope Bill Barr unearths the rotting corpse of this whole sordid CRIMINAL COUP/"insurance policy" attempt and drops it right in the laps of Nadler and His scum conspirators next month at His Congressional Testimony.

I'll make a prediction...the Dems will DROP demands for what will be a highly public and damning Barr Expose of Dem criminal corruption.

Just learned FDR gave out 3,687 pardons (over 3 terms).

Trump has only issued 17 in just over 3 years. Time to get crackin', DJT.

At this point I think that he is the only person with enough independent authority to bring all this corruption before the public with the power do something about it.

BUT - I am afraid of the timeline in front of us before the election - I would like to see ALL of the dirty laundry of the Mueller/Comey/Brennan/Clapper/Lynch~~~Obama conspirators brought to justice.

I want to see the high level DEM prime-movers in the HoR and Senate brought down.

I just don't see it happening before the election - all this takes so much time.

HOPEFULLY, trump breezes to a landslide victory and then unleashes hell-on-earth at the DEMOCRAT and MSM and HOLLYWOOD and HIGH-TECH cabal.

Normally, I do not condone 'political strategy' involved in the justice system in either direction. HOWEVER, the conservative end of the stick has been 'strategized' against for half a century now wrt to "justice" so pragmatically, I would overlook an instance or two of "payback" <== but this is a dangerous precedent. I would not like to see a conservative dominance of 'political strategy' for the future - I just want fairness (but before we go all in on 'fairness' the field must be leveled to remove all the ill-gotten precedents of past corruption).

Not dropped, moved behind closed doors "for national security" and classified secret. The silence from no leaking should then speak volumes.
