For the record, I feel bad for nug, but this is brutal, naked capitalism. He picked the wrong career, find something else or move to a different location. The story about the Iraq war vet who moved his family for the company and got whacked six months later was awful.

I see two sides arguing two different issues, which devolved into name-calling.
Attracting the top .1% of talent worldwide to horde that knowledge and leave everyone else in the dust is good. Using the H1B program as a means of indentured servitude is terrible.
I also don't buy the argument that US-born children cannot be STEM leaders. DEI has gutted an entire generation of these people. Its impact on society is incalculable.
The best solution to solve it couldn't exist because of bullshite DEI quotas.
Quick example: I have an acquaintance who is a programmer(white male). He was doing well. His wife quit her job and did a six-month programming boot camp to get into his industry. He got laid off. They are both job-searching. She gets four highly lucrative offers with nothing but this boot camp experience. He got one interview in six months with 10 years of experience.

Its interesting to see people who voted for mass deportation of illegals, and wanting to stop anchor babies all of sudden don't see an issue with it. Probably discussed it ad nauseum for years, and now want people to shut up about it by calling the people who want the whole system fixed racists, RINOs, etc.
