bullshite.
He could have vetoed it, and we'll all be sorry he didn't.

Do you know what happens when a President vetoes a bill?

Yes, it stops it and then it goes back to congress.

It goes back to Congress—who can then override the veto. The bill passed both chambers with veto proof majorities. So Congress would have overridden the hypothetical veto and the legislation would have become law anyway.

You mean he actually didn't veto this sh!t?
Wtf!!!!
This is a bad look by Trump. His threats are watered down if things are still getting done he says he won't do.

The OP apparently needs to re-take Fourth Grade civics or watch School House Rock.

WE actually do not want these mega-home builders/buyers to keep buying up real estate......I feel like this is not a bad bill....

Now, he said he didn’t sign this bill as a s protest against the SAVE act not getting passed. Letting the bill become law… that’ll show ‘em!

It should have been vetoed. Trump took the lazy way out. Make their arse override his veto.

No! Not that mother scratcher! Bill Parker!

You criticize the President for not vetoing a bill that was overwhelmingly passed by a veto-proof majority in Congress. I assume you must not understand basic American civics or else you are just criticizing the President in bad faith.

The law has many things in it that Trump has been advocating for - reduces zoning and environmental regulations on new construction and reduces the ability for businesses to buy single family homes.

Yep. It looks real bad on Trump when congress fails at its job.

Around 80% of the voters wanted it passed.
You expect Trump to be against it?
No.
That would require principles.
