Populism will not determined whether a coal project is a go or no-go.
It determines every single thought in Trumps mind.
Thats how we ended up with that retarded tariff rollout

Also let it sit in the ground, the gas is coming out regardless in oil plays, so use that first.
So you're saying the federal government should fund producers so they can build a pipeline gathering system and ship their NG to a gas plant?

Why?
We are sitting on more nat gas than we know what to do with.
Why not both?

Nah, bro. I can read and take things at face value. You apparently idealize headlines that are for the lemmings to feed off of.
You've swallowed that shiny hook.

If we (our government and politicians) were smart, we’d be redirecting those already “dedicated” spends to midstream companies to build even more gas takeaway pipelines.
This makes a lot of sense, you know.

You believe a lot of lies. china has no control over the canal

F$%k coal!! What about some O&G? I need some truck nutz.
Posted on 4/8/25 at 3:45 pm to RogerTheShrubber
China has more control in more areas of the world than you are being led to believe. They are in the canal and while formally they don't control the ports, 100% they are doing it behind the scenes or through a proxy. They've infected a large part of Central and South America. You can deny their belt and road initiatives but that is what this all leads to, issues like this in the Western Hemisphere.

Listen man. Go do 10 minutes of independent (NOT Maga influencers) on China and the canal instead of repeating retarded lines that are untrue.
Go educate yourself and learn something, for once in your life.

Absolutely not, as proven here.
You only believe what you hear from your inner cult

Statements like this prove your incompetence. The anti-trump crowd is by far more cult like than the Trump base.

Because Alabama mines a lot of coal?
Sadly, nothing like we use to. When I started my career with Caterpillar 30+ years ago, coal was king. Like 70% of our business here in Alabama. Now it’s like 10%.
What a lot in here seem to forget about coal though, is it’s far more useful than just to burn at power plants. There’s really two grades of coal, stem coal and met coal. Steam coal is good to burn in power plants. Met coal, or metallurgical coal, is used in making steel.
Alabama has a lot of steam coal. But it also sits atop a gargantuan amount of really good quality met coal. If we can revive our domestic steel industry in the US, Alabama is sitting on a gold mine.
