Everyone already knows there isn't one. They already had a chance to comply with and be a part of the audit process. Anything they say NOW is useless.

What could possibly be plausible here? Natural disaster wiped out the machines? Because Arizona is known for tornadoes, thunderstorms, earthquakes and hurricanes?

You have to tip your cap to the Maricopa County cheaters, keeping the same login and password since the system was installed and sharing that information with whoever the cheaters wanted to give access to the system……with no way to track who was logging into the system. Brilliant but highly suspicious…..just perfect or was it? Maybe not so fast.
