My parish has 1 or 2 new cases every 4 or 5 days?? 40 total in a parish of 60K with 1 death. "assuming" 21 days for recovery, we've got "maybe" 12 positives??

Why does Miguez keep referencing “Monday morning?” JBE already said May 15th is when it will be revisited. Where is Monday coming from?

Correct. His pressers are M, W, F but Miguez keeps touting the possibility JBE could ease restrictions Monday. I’ve never heard anything about that.
