I quit watching more DNA clock running out nonsense. I am trying to remember he could go before a firing squad. So his defense will run out the clock.
Yet.. TR turned himself in and there is video and DNA. If he gets to plea down to life in prison I would be pissed if I was Erika and CKs parents.
In Utah how long has a firing squad been? Does the prisoner have a choice of how they die? How was this not a deterrent to TR before he decided to wake up and kill someone on camera?
CK was murdered on camera--- this a-hole TR should be as well...How long are prisoners on death row in Utah?

Has anyone said why? Was this defense with a scheduling delay issue?
