It's easy to see why you would love to see this. What was your benchmark? 130 IQ? That would exclude a lot of hard working, productive members of society. There are surely many dangerous precedents for this in history.

It's a good thing that you recognize that our constitution would prevent you from having what you would love to have - control of society by a group of intellectual elitists.

And so, since you can't have what you would really love to have, you settle for the next best thing. Control society by controlling a large segment of it. Pander to this segment and control them. My racist grandfather said it well, " We'll feed them crumbs and they will love us and serve us till the day they die."
