#2) Present herself for deposition Friday 13th.
#3) Do both 1 and 2.

Could you imagine the media right now if it were 2 republican FBI agents openly communicating about stopping Obama for example? This is why we call them fake news and they still don't get it. Everything doesn't necessarily have to be fake. The clear and obvious bias with which stories they choose to run and the opinions presented as facts that make them fake news.

Indeed. Problem is if they put her in contempt are they actually going to lock her up. I mentioned this in another post but if they don't set some damn examples with teeth on these subpoenas, then they will perpetually be worthless moving forward. Someone needs to pay hard or they will continued to be treated as feckless and that goes for contempt rulings as well.
