It may depend on the camera angle where he might be closer to the teleprompter than he appears, and his dad yanked him to avoid it.

I thought the same thing with the cripple they put up on stage at the beginning of the DNC who could only mumble a few sounds. Playing off others medical or mental conditions for political clout is fricking sick.
