Cracking down on crime in areas that refuse to enforce their own crime laws is not safety-uberallis.
Can you imagine seeking refugee status in a country and then being so enraged at the sight of military in that country that you feel the urge to murder them? Perhaps muslim values are indeed incompatible with western values.
