This was clearly an event orchestrated by a group.
Dylan Roof took ideas put out there by fringe elements and took action all his own. The same can be said for this shooter.

Yes...and no. Kinda apples to oranges.
Roof took antiquated and isolated bits of racist ideology and acted on them. The groups that are being nurtured by the leftist community organizers and just now growing and being encouraged. People by the thousands are being motivated to "take it to the streets" etc. So not really comparable imo.
